Raspberry Macarons



I mixed some raspberry filling into the butter cream.:)

was wondering what recipe do you use to make your macarons? was just wondering, cos whenever i make macarons my macarons always stick to the parchment paper. and yours look lovely :)

Hi Nat,

I am using self created Swiss Meringue. It already post at my blog. You should use a silicon sheet or sipat matt instead. You can bought it from Phoon Huat.

Thank You. I saw the recipe after i posted the comment. Phoon Huat sells a red silicon mat is that what you are using? Cos its pretty expensive and was thinking of whether to buy it or not.

I didn't buy that. I felt the same, it too expensive. I bought the reusable silicon sheet. A piece cost about 4+.

You mean the white slightly opaque sheets right. That has a few rolled up in a bundle selling at Phoon Huat right?

You better check with them. They have few types. Mine is reusable.
