Cinnamon Rolls


This is my favourite. Whenever I baked bread, I will definitely made a few for myself. :)

Ohh, I love cinnamon rolls. Cannot find St. Cinnamon anymore leh. The ones from delifrance just cannot match. Make a few more for me next time, hee, hee...

Hi MC,

I already posted the recipe of basic sweet bun dough at 'Raisins Buns'. You can use that recipe and play around with the filling. For this Cinnamon Rolls filling, you just mix 1tsp of cinnamon powder with 40g of brown sugar. Roll out the proved dough into a rectangle, spread some soft butter on it then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on it and roll it up like swiss roll. Cut the roll to about 2" thick place it on greased tray and leave it to second proving.
