I have tried it, taste very lemak... i like it. Can i reduce the sugar to 100gram, will it lay some different effect ?
Hi SL27,
You can adjust the sugar to your own prefer. You can also adjust the liquid level depend on the moistness of the pumpkin. I used microwave to steam my pumpkin so the pumpkin is quite dry. As a result the texture of my kueh turn out to be quite firm. Hope this could help.
this looks so moist, soft and delicious
