Orange Peel Macarons



For this, I just add some chopped orange peel into the butter cream and piped it on the macarons.

did you use the peel from mandarin orange? I have been wondering if the "skin" of mandarin orange is edible like the "angmoh" orange :-)

I used preserved orange peel for baking.
