Hi Jiann yee,

I had check out your blog and I saw your cake. It seem like the eggs was not whisk till a stable stage. Is there a kueh like tough layer at the bottom of the cake? If so, then it meant that the liquid was not fold in properly into the egg batter which caused the oil sank to the bottom of the cake.
