Hi Happy FLour,
Finally I could leave you some message here as I love your blog very much and have been reading your blog quite often. I like your macarons and till now I've no idea how to do it. It seems like very difficult to make or I just have no guts to do it. You have lots of wonderful recipes. Keep on baking! I'll be your frequent visitor! hehehe....

Hi Kitchen Corner,

Thank you so much once again for letting me know that there is a problem at my comment corner.

For macarons, I find that the recipe which I adapted is much easier. As long as you can beat the egg white till medium peak then it ok. And don't over fold the mixture, just like making chiffon cake. I am sure you can succeed as your chiffon cake turn out very nice. Go for it. :)

Hi eve,

For this, I added peppermint essence and green colouring into the buttercream.

Hi Happy Flour,
Your macarons looks nice. I've tried the other recipe once but it failed. Want to try ur recipe next time round. But other than the beating of egg whites is there any thing that I have to take note of?

Hi Sy,

Thanks for your nice words. :)
Don't over fold the batter till it turn watery.
