Hi Yin,

Yes, I bought the letters cookie cutters from e's joe too.

hello, may i know do the alphabet cutters give problems in releasing the dough after imprinting them? did your dough get stuck to them? thanks.

Happy Flour said...

Hi Yin,

I didn't face any problem using the alphabet cookies cutter.

thanks for the reply. i just bought something similar from phoon huat but i had a hard time when the dough kept sticking to the cutters. i wonder was it the dough's fault of the cutters'? i wanted to order a set from e's joie but felt that it would be a waste of money...

Hi Yin,

You have to dust the cutter with flour when you used it. If your dough is sticky, either add some flour or rest in the fridge again till it is slightly firm.
