Beautiful. I am lucky. I can enjoy double Christmas by visiting everyone's blogsite. Now, it's my turn to test my hand on the cake. My grandson is expecting it. Hope mine would turn out. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Dear Happy flour,

A very simple and neatly decorate log cake.

May i know what is the technique to make our frosting neat, mine is a bit rough.

Best Regards

Hi Sab Le Plaisir De Gourmandise,

Thanks for dropping by. :)

Hi Christine,

Whisk the whipping cream to soft peak which is easier for frosting the cake, for piping whisk till medium/ stiff peak. After frosting the cake, let it chill in the fridge for 1/2 to 1hour before decorating it.
