Steps: 1. Preheat oven to 175C. 2. Whisk eggs and Sponge Mix until well-blended. 3. Add in mango yogurt drink and continuous to whisk until thick and fluffy. 4. Fold in yogurt and melted butter until well-blended. 5. Spoon batter into a well greased muffin tray till 80% full. 6. Bake in a preheated oven for 20mins. 7. Remove cakes from tray and cool it on a wire rack.
