Hi Sonia,
A copper bahulu mould will give a best result. Unfortunately, I can't get one in Singapore. Looking forward to see your post. Happy baking. :)
Hi
I noted you have baked several bahulu with varied recipes. Can I know which is the one that will give you a crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside type of bahulu? Thanks a lot.

Hi Jasmine,
Should be 'Feng Ying' recipe which has include some rice flour. Very sad that her blog has been deleted and I can't find my hand written recipe too.
Thanks. I was contemplating to add in some corn flour since it is added to Waffles to make it crispy. If I succeed, I'll let you know. :)
