Double Boil Pear with Osmanthus and White Fungus



Recipe

Ingredients
2 pear
5g white fungus (soak and tear into small pieces)
1 1/3tbsp osmanthus syrup
4-5pcs rock sugar (small pieces)
2 1/2rice bowl water

Steps:
1. Put all the the ingredients into a double boiler, cover and place in a preheated steamer.
2. Double boil over low heat for 1 1/2hour.
3. Serve hot or cold.

I don't know when it'll get posted... LOL.. the weeks are like..hmm... around 24 weeks back, LOL. I am trying to find a suitable theme to get it in, maybe a flower week or a pear week, but so far, not enough pear posts, just 2 at the moment. LOL.
