Cake Leveler

Bought this few weeks ago. The wire is thin and is not sharp at all, so it can't really slice a cake. You need to press hard into the cake and it don't give a smooth cut. So I used it to make an impression around the cake, then I used a sharp knife to slice it.

I bought this too and tried using it but was kinda disappointed. I think the money is better spent on a IKEA turntable and slice :P

Hi Happy Flour,
Was just wondering if you could help me get this and I could pay you back?
I'm currently situated in Australia.
Thanks.

Hi Quinn,

It not advisable to get this. Don't waste your money. You can try order from 'Wilton'.

Any good brand to recommend me? Thanks!

Hi Quinn,

I am not sure. You can check with any bakeware store around your area.

there are a alot of levelers around, but they tend to have flimsy blades that bend and flex when you cut through a cake. If you're making enough cakes it's worth investing in a professional cake leveler. Here in the UK we stock the Agbay professional levelers, we used to struggle ourselves with wilton levelers but after using the Agbay there's no going back. cake leveler uk
