This is very innovative, make the colourful jelly. Did you make the little bubble first, then set it later in the big tray?

Hi Anncoo, Anonymous and Agapejen,

Thanks for all your nice words. This is make from gelatin and packets of jello.

Hi DG,

Thanks for your compliment. I make all the colourful marbles first, then layer by layer arrange it into the clear jelly. Take me about an hour to complete. :)

Hi Eunice Quek,

Learn this from a baking class. So I will not post the recipe.

Which baking class did you attend? Can you give the details?
Thanks!

Hi Yvonne,

I learned this from Aunty Yochana. However, now she don't conduct anymore class, she is too busy with her cake ordering.

Gorgeous jelly! May I ask how you formed the gelatin balls? Did you use a melon baller?

Happy Flour said...

Hi Patty,

I used a round shaped ice cubes mould to make the jelly balls.

Hi Happy Flour,
I'm interested in your recipe for the Crystal Marble Jelly. Do you sell this recipe?
Pls reply to christanyl@gmail.com.
Thanks
Chris

Happy Flour said...

Sorry, I don't sell recipe. This is not my recipe. I just made a twist from the original recipe which I learned from a bakery class.

Chris said...

Where did you get your round shape ice cube mould?

Happy Flour said...

Hi Chris,

I get it from Sun Lik, I ever come across it at Daiso too.

May I ask if the clear base jelly is made from jello or agar agar powders? Can I place jelly balls in freezer to set it faster as need to make different colors in a short time. Pls advise, thanks!

Happy Flour said...

Hi Anonymous,

You just make the jelly balls a day in advance.

Anonymous said...

Thanks. How about the clear jelly that you pour on top of the jelly balls, are they also made of plain jello packs?

Happy Flour said...

It is not plain jello packs.

Hi,
How do u remove the jelly balls from the holder as it always break into half when I try to lift the top holder

Happy Flour said...

Hi Natural,

I used a knife to loosen the side of the ice cube box, then slowly open it. Wet ice cube box before pour in jelly.

Natural said...

Hi Happy Flour,
Thanks for it advice!

Hi Happy Flour,
May I ask how long do u set ur jelly before u open the lid? I set it for 2 hrs and open it, it still broke into half. Is my setting time too short? Pls advise. Thanks!

Happy Flour said...

Hi Anonymous,

Sorry for the late reply. I just let it set in the fridge for about 4hrs. Use a knife to loosen the edges of the egg ice cube tray first then slowly open it. Do not force open it, the jelly will break into half.

Is the clear jelly made from those konnyaku powder or gelatine powder with sugar?
