Hi Anonymous,

I download a free software 'PhotoScape', I selected the "Combine" funtion in this software, then selected photos and combine them into a single photo. Edit the fonts and background colour. And saved it in your file.

Hi Happy Flour,
I would like to try your Honey Cookies recipe as I've just got the cookies cutter. For the recipe, if I don't have self-raising flour on hand can I replace it with plain flour instead?

Happy Flour said...

Hi Kitchen Corner,

Yes, you can replace it with plain flour and just add 1/4tsp of baking powder.

Hi Happy Flour,
May I know how did you use the cookie cutters? I used them but the dough hardly come out from the cutters although I've floured the cutter and dough, End up I got to use my old cutter to make it :(

Hi Kitchen Corner,

I also faced the same problem, I think should be too much details on the cookie cutter. Later, I figured it out that don't press the cookies cutter too hard on the dough, gently knock on a hard surface to remove the dough. However the square design cookies cutter give me most problem so I didn't use it.

Cute cookie cutter.
Sad I can't find them locally.

yummy recipe, my son liked it. agree that the dough was a little soft but thought it was because I didn't flour my cutter.

btw for those interested i saw them sold at Bake with Yen.
