Xiang Si Coffee Cake (咖啡相思蛋糕)

This is another popular recipe among the Chinese blogs. The texture of this cake is extremely soft like cotton. Its texture also remind me of 'okashi sweet treats made with love' by Keiko Ishida - Souffle Roll Sponge. Recipe is under testing so I'll not post the recipe.
