I think should be the high amount of semolina flour used in this recipe so the cookies is crispy than a melt in the mouth sugee cookies.

4. Fold in flour and mix well.

never bake this cookie before, must be very fragrant.
Hw many cookies can I bake w this amount? :)
Hi Sonia,
It definitely very fragrant and high in calorie. Can only consume once in a year lah!
Hi Jenna,
Sorry, I didn't count I just bake and fill up 2 containers.
Hi Sis,
Maybe you should use Baking powder instead of B/soda and you can still use plain flour instead of sugee flour. Adding almond powder will make it more fragrant. ^_^
Hi Parames,
Thanks for your advice. :) Hehehe... actually I'm just curious how it taste with sugee flour so I give this recipe a try.
Hihi..
Can i know where to buy baking soda?
Thanks in advance! :)
You can buy baking soda from supermarket, provision shop or baking mart.
Wad does beat till moisturn means? Mine turned out nice but a little grainy? May I know what is tt so? Or does sugee taste like tt?
Hi Sandy,
Beat till well blended will do. Mine don't taste grainy. You can rest the dough for half an hour in a cool place so that the semolina flour absorbed the moisture and it will not taste grainy. Or store in an air-tight container for a few days then you consume it, the cookies will not taste so grainy too.
Did the cookies will expand when bake?
