Chocolate Mousse Cake

    This is a pretty cake. What is that at the side of the cake, look like love letter?
    can make a little suggestion?....When sprinkle cocoa powder on cake, I think is better to mix with little snow powder.

    Thanks, the side of the cake is short love letter. I intended to mix some snow powder with the cocoa powder unfortunately run out of that.
