This must be very time consuming! you have to make all these different colors and then wait for them to separately firm up before making a whole finished jello. It's a very pretty jelly block. :)

This is indeed a lot of work. I had to make the colourful cubes a day ahead then the next day I still have to spend about an hour++ to assemble the whole jelly layer by layer.
hi, could u pls tell me what brand colouring used? Used Redman agar-agar powder and chef master gel colouring but the colours 'bled' so couldn't see the colours properly unlike yours. Any suggestions to avoid the bleeding? Maybe jelly solution too hot when poured? sigh..hope u can help as u know this is such a time consuming thing to do and so dissapointing when it comes out like that. TIA.
