  6. I wish I could do a nice swiss roll. shall try my hands on swiss rolls one day. I tried out low fat orange yogurt cake - nice despite low fat!

    If you wanted to lay your hand on a swiss roll but worry on the rolling part, maybe you should look for a recipe which uses extra egg yolk. The extra egg yolk give the sponge a firm yet soft texture which make rolling easier.
