  5. Hi! Happy Flour,

You are such a good baker, you baked yummies cake and bread. I also got a copy of the Alex Goh "Magic Bread" bk caused my family are bread lover. Just want to check with you how long you take to knead the dough. Not sure whether my kitchen aid mixer is powerful enough to knead the dough. What speed should I select for kneading the dough. Hope to hear from you soon. Christina Poh

  6. Hi Christina Poh,

Thanks, I'm using Kenwood. I used moderate speed to knead the dough until elastic, it should take about 15mins or more. You have to judge it yourselves as difference cake mixer has difference speeds. Kitchen Aid is a good brand for cake mixer, it should have no problem to knead the dough. Happy baking :)
